Why do you ask about ethnicity?
CRWD exists to close a documented pay gap for creators of colour. Those questions are optional and opt-in, kept separate from everything else, and used only to make sure we build for a genuinely representative crowd, never to filter who gets work. You can skip them.
Is it really free for creators?
Creators keep 100% of their quoted rate. CRWD never takes a cut from your pay. Our fee is charged transparently on the brand side, and we publish exactly how it works.
Do I need a big following?
No. There are no follower minimums. We hire on talent, not reach. Everyday creators are exactly who CRWD is for.
